This policy explains how On Time Contracting Inc ("we", "us", "our") handles payments and refund requests for our roofing, siding, window, and gutter services. Your signed written agreement remains the controlling document for your project; this page summarizes how we work in plain language.
How payments work
Payments are made according to the schedule in your signed agreement and are processed securely through our payment provider, Payzer. You can reach the payment portal any time from the Make a Payment link on this website. Financing, where used, is also provided through Payzer and is subject to their approval and terms.
Deposits
Where your agreement includes a deposit, it is applied toward the total cost of your project. Deposits cover scheduling, materials ordering, and preparation work for your job.
Cancellations before work begins
If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible at (914) 704-6669 or contact@rooferscontracting.com. If work has not begun and materials have not been specially ordered for your project, we will refund amounts you have paid for work not performed, less any costs already incurred on your behalf, as set out in your agreement.
Work already performed
Payments for work that has been completed are not refundable. If something about a completed job is not right, tell us — warranty-covered issues are corrected under the warranty terms in your agreement and the manufacturer's warranty, which include coverage of up to 50 years on qualifying projects.
Payment errors and duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review the payment with Payzer, and any confirmed error or duplicate will be refunded to the original payment method.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Payzer. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
